The economical Gaussian meter G80 adopts COLIY's Bypass Zero Technology technology and high stability gallium nitride GaN Hall sensor, which has excellent zero stability and does not require zero adjustment, improving data accuracy and user convenience.


The Gaussian meter G80 can be used to measure the surface magnetic field of permanent magnet materials, working magnetic fields of DC motors, speakers, magnetic separators, permanent magnet separators, and residual magnetism measurement of workpieces. It is widely used in magnetic material manufacturers, permanent magnet motor manufacturers, permanent magnet separator manufacturers, application units, power industry, and railway industry.

The Gauss G80 uses a 3.2-inch black and white industrial touch screen, and has a menu and display interface that conforms to smartphone usage habits. It is easy to operate and clear at a glance, without the need to refer to the manual. The G80 Gaussian meter has a DC accuracy of 2%, a resolution of 0.1G (0.01mT), a range of 30kG (3T), a frequency response range of DC-100Hz, and can be paired with radial or axial probes.

In addition, the Gaussian meter G80 has functions such as DC/AC magnetic field measurement, N/S magnetic polarity display, and maximum/minimum value measurement. The Gaussian meter G80 uses Fourier analysis to measure the RMS value of AC magnetic field, which is very suitable for measuring the magnetic field of various AC waveforms (sine wave, square wave, triangular wave, trapezoidal wave, sawtooth wave, etc.).

Bypass Zero technology


During the use of a regular Gaussian meter, the magnetic field zero point of the host and probe may shift due to temperature changes and hysteresis effects. Therefore, the probe must be frequently placed in the zero calibration chamber for zero adjustment operations.

The Gaussian meter G80 adopts unique Bypass Zero Technology technology and high stability GaN Hall sensor. Both the host and probe have excellent zero stability and extremely low noise. Temperature and hysteresis do not affect the zero point of the Gaussian meter, and zero adjustment is not required during use, greatly improving data accuracy and convenience.

Metal protective sleeve


The entire series of probes of the COLIY Gaussian meter are protected by non-magnetic metal sleeves.

The non-magnetic metal sleeve can be tightened and fixed with the probe handle to protect the probe from strong impact, compression, etc. It can prevent the probe from falling and being damaged at a height of 10 meters, and even resist hammer strikes. It is recommended that users tighten and secure the non-magnetic metal sleeve after completing the magnetic field measurement to maximize the protection of the probe from damage.
